What counts as urgent?
You decide, like no heat in a freeze, a burst pipe, or a sparking panel. Transfers are optional. For gas leaks, fire, or carbon monoxide, Riley tells callers to hang up and call 911 or their utility.
Does it work with my service area?
Yes. We set Riley up with the cities and ZIP codes you serve, so it can politely turn away calls outside your area.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
